Private companies have worked hard over the last decade to improve public perception of their operations. Thanks to a series of high-profile crises, however, maintaining good public relations hasn’t been easy. Some of the biggest companies in the world, such a Facebook and Google, have all seen their fair share of scandals, damaging their reputation and undermining trust.
